Foam rubber HL
Hard foam rubber HL4065
Rigid foam HL4065 is a cellular polymer material that is polyurethane. The latter is formed by the reaction of a polyol with a polyisocyanate, as a result of which the resulting polymer mass foams due to the release of gases. The gases are subsequently spontaneously replaced by air. The volume of the resulting mixture is tens of times greater than the volume of the original components. Different combinations of polyisocyanate and polyol provide the required hardness or softness of the finished polyurethane foam (polyurethane foam or foam rubber). In addition to these two components, foam stabilizers, modifiers, silicone and other reagents are also added that help improve certain indicators or achieve the required properties.
Foam rubber HL4065 Used for the manufacture of chair backs, armrests, headrests, seats and mattresses for furniture with
service life up to 12 years and load up to 120 kg.
